Utthunga is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for managing payroll, statutory compliance, and labor law-related activities. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience handling PF, ESI, gratuity, labor compliance, and providing essential HR support functions in a dynamic corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Payroll Management: Assist in the end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timely disbursement of salaries.
• Statutory Compliance: Manage all statutory compliance requirements, including Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance (ESI), Gratuity, Professional Tax, and other relevant labor laws.
• Labor Law Adherence: Ensure strict adherence to all applicable labor laws and regulations, staying updated on any changes.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate HR records, prepare and submit various statutory reports, and handle necessary documentation for audits.
• Employee Support: Address employee queries related to payroll, benefits, and compliance, providing timely and accurate information.
• Liaison: Act as a liaison with statutory bodies and external consultants for compliance-related matters.
• HR Operations Support: Provide general HR support, assisting with HR policies, processes, and other administrative tasks as needed.
• Data Management: Ensure the integrity and confidentiality of all HR and payroll data.

What We're Seeking

• Proven experience in payroll processing and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity, Labor Laws) in a corporate setting.
• Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in HR software/tools and MS Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling sensitive data.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with employees and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
