Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Executive (Fresher) to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will support day-to-day HR operations, assist in recruitment activities, and help maintain employee records while gaining hands-on experience in various HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers to ensure smooth interview processes.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Support the HR team with onboarding and documentation for new hires.
• Assist in drafting offer letters and collecting required documents from candidates.
• Help organize employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
• Provide administrative support to the HR department as required.

Required Skills:

• Basic understanding of HR processes and recruitment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Recent graduate with BBA/BMS in HR specialization.
• Strong interest in building a career in Human Resources.
• Good attitude, willingness to learn, and a proactive approach.
