We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented HR Executive to join our team at a leading food ingredient manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various HR functions and ensuring effective human resource management within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with organizational goals.
- Conduct employee onboarding and training programs to facilitate new hire integration.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Support employee relations by addressing grievances and resolving conflicts.
- Assist in performance management processes and employee evaluations.
- Coordinate and manage payroll and benefits administration.
- Facilitate employee engagement initiatives and company events.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in HR or recruitment roles, preferably in manufacturing or food industry.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws in India.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and HR software (e.g., HRIS, ATS).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
