Role & Responsibilities of HR Trainee:
As an HR Trainee, you will be responsible for supporting various HR functions within the organization. Your role will include:
Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Assisting in the recruitment process, including job posting, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews.
- Coordinating new employee onboarding, including paperwork and orientation.
Employee Relations:
- Assisting in handling employee inquiries and providing basic HR-related information.
- Supporting in the resolution of employee issues and conflicts.
HR Administration:
- Maintaining and updating employee records and databases.
- Assisting in the preparation of HR documents, such as employment contracts and letters.
Training and Development:
- Assisting in organizing and coordinating training programs and workshops.
- Tracking and documenting employee training and development activities.
Compliance and Policy Adherence:
- Assisting in ensuring HR policies and procedures are consistently applied.
- Supporting in compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Performance Management:
- Assisting in the performance appraisal process, including data collection and analysis.
