HR Executive/ Executive Assistant (1-3 years)

Responsibilities

• Play the role of an HR Executive (HR-Ops/ Hiring etc as and when required)
• Play the role of an EA to the founder (Admin, Personal branding, Events etc)
• Coordination with other teams for ensuring high discipline and performance of teams
• Preparing MIS reports to the top management

Requirement

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent at technology adoption and learning
• Ability to use AI and Tools for automation or streamling things
• Extremely well organised, disciplined and punctual
• Ability to maintain a very high level of confidentiality
• Thrive in an intense, do-it-yourself, start-up environment.
• Attention to detail

Working Structure: 5 days a week, from Office (HSR Layout, Bangalore)
