Job Summary

We are looking for a hands-on HR Executive to independently manage the complete HR function for our organization of approximately 30 employees. The role requires strong ownership of recruitment, HR operations, compliance, and employee discipline in an engineering / field-work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for technicians, site engineers, office staff, and support roles
  • Coordinate interviews with department heads
  • Issue offer letters, appointment letters, and manage joining formalities
  • Maintain complete employee personal files and records

HR Operations & Administration

  • Maintain attendance, leave, and employee master data
  • Coordinate payroll inputs and salary processing
  • Manage probation, confirmation, and exit formalities
  • Draft and issue HR letters, notices, warnings, and termination letters as required

Compliance & Statutory Coordination

  • Coordinate PF, ESIC, and labour law compliance with consultants
  • Maintain statutory registers and compliance trackers
  • Ensure timely submission of compliance documents

Employee Relations & Discipline

  • Implement HR policies and Code of Conduct
  • Handle employee grievances professionally
  • Support management in disciplinary actions and performance issues

Performance Management

  • Coordinate performance appraisals and increment cycles
  • Maintain appraisal and performance records

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelors degree (HR / Management preferred)
  • 3-6 years of experience as an HR Executive or HR Generalist
  • Experience in engineering, manufacturing, EPC, construction, or similar industries preferred
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment, HR documentation, and basic labour laws
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong communication skills in Hindi (mandatory) and English (working proficiency)

  • Comfortable handling blue-collar and white-collar workforce
  • Able to balance employee welfare with company discipline
  • Willing to take ownership of the entire HR function

Salary & Benefits

  • 25,000 - 35,000 per month (based on experience)
  • Statutory benefits as per law
