Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (job postings, shortlisting, interviews, offer rollouts).
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely fulfillment.
- Coordinate and execute onboarding processes for new employees, ensuring smooth integration.
- Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.
- HR Operations Compliance
- Maintain accurate employee records (attendance, leave, payroll data, etc.).
- Support payroll processing and coordinate with finance for salary disbursements.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Prepare HR letters, contracts, and documentation as needed.
- Employee Engagement Culture
- Organize employee engagement activities, wellness programs, and team-building initiatives.
- Promote company values and a positive work environment aligned with healthcare ethics and innovation.
- Support performance management cycles, including goal setting, appraisals, and feedback sessions.
- Learning Development
- Assist in identifying training needs and coordinating learning sessions.
- Maintain records of employee participation in development programs.
- HR Systems Data Management
- Manage HRMS and ensure data accuracy.
- Generate periodic reports on HR metrics like attrition, headcount, and performance.
Qualifications
Qualifications Skills:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 4-7 years of experience in HR (preferably in tech or healthcare sectors).
- Familiarity with HR software and tools (HRMS, ATS, payroll systems).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information.
- Understanding of healthcare industry dynamics is a plus.
