Job Description

An HR Executive is responsible for supporting various human resource functions, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll assistance, performance management, training coordination, and HR administration. The role ensures smooth HR operations and compliance with company policies and labor laws.

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Onboarding

  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews.
  • Conduct reference and background checks.
  • Manage employee onboarding and induction programs.

Employee Relations

  • Address employee queries and concerns.
  • Support conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures.
  • Promote a positive workplace culture.

HR Administration

  • Maintain employee records and HR databases.
  • Prepare HR documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, and contracts.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

Payroll & Attendance

  • Monitor employee attendance and leave records.
  • Coordinate with payroll teams to ensure accurate salary processing.
  • Maintain records of employee benefits and compensation.

Training & Development

  • Coordinate employee training programs.
  • Track training attendance and effectiveness.
  • Support learning and development initiatives.

Performance Management

  • Assist in performance appraisal processes.
  • Maintain performance records and reports.
  • Support managers in setting performance goals.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of HR experience (for experienced HR Executive roles).
  • Knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and recruitment processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.
