Job Description

Coordinate recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and initial assessments

Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth candidate experience

Maintain ATS and recruitment documentation

Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation, orientation, and exit interviews

Maintain and update employee records with accuracy and confidentiality

Assist in benefits administration and respond to employee inquiries

Generate HR reports and support HR data analysis

Implement and communicate HR policies, procedures, and programs

Ensure compliance with labour regulations and company policies

Address and escalate employee relations issues professionally and confidentially

Contribute to HR initiatives and projects
