HR Executive

We are seeking an enthusiastic HR Executive with 1-2 years of experience to manage a range of human resources functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee onboarding, policy implementation, and employee relations, ensuring a positive and compliant work environment.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Conduct and manage employee onboarding to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
• Assist in the implementation and communication of company HR policies.
• Foster positive employee relations and handle any employee queries or grievances professionally.
• Ensure company practices remain in compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Maintain and manage the company's HRMS (Human Resource Management System).
