HR Executive – Job DescriptionSalary: Up to ₹35,000 per month

About the RoleWe are hiring an HR Executive who will be responsible for managing complete HR operations, with a strong focus on end-to-end recruitment, employee documentation, background verification, employee data management, grievance handling, and day-to-day HR coordination.
The ideal candidate should be proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and capable of independently managing HR responsibilities in a fast-paced work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the complete end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate follow-ups, offer discussion, and joining confirmation.
- Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, placement cells, and other hiring channels.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls and shortlist suitable candidates as per role requirements.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely communication with candidates.
- Handle offer rollouts, salary discussions, joining formalities, and onboarding coordination.
- Collect, verify, and maintain employee documents and records.
- Prepare and manage HR documentation, including offer letters, appointment letters, NDAs, agreements, warning letters, exit documents, and other employee-related records.
- Coordinate employee background verification, including previous employment, education, identity, and reference checks.
- Maintain accurate employee data, HR records, attendance details, leave records, and other employee information.
- Act as the first point of contact for employee queries, concerns, and grievances.
- Handle employee grievances professionally and confidentially, and coordinate with management for timely resolution.
- Support day-to-day HR operations, including attendance, leave management, payroll inputs, employee policies, and compliance-related tasks.
- Assist in performance review coordination, employee communication, disciplinary actions, exit formalities, and full and final documentation.
- Ensure proper implementation of company policies and maintain a disciplined and positive workplace environment.
Required Skills & Preferred Experience- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of recruitment and HR operations.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and documentation skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic HR tools.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements and HR tasks simultaneously.
- Prior experience in recruitment and HR operations will be preferred.
- Experience in a D2C, e-commerce, retail, or startup environment will be preferred.
- Candidates with experience in non-IT hiring will be preferred, especially for roles such as Sales Executive, Customer Support Executive, Performance Marketer, Content Creator, Video Editor, and other business/operations roles.
