Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Handle HR operations such as attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, and employee records.
  • Prepare and maintain HR documentation, policies, offer letters, appointment letters, and exit formalities.
  • Support employee engagement activities and maintain a positive workplace culture.
  • Address employee queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws.
  • Coordinate performance reviews and assist in appraisal processes.
  • Act as a point of contact between management and employees.
