Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Handle HR operations such as attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, and employee records.
- Prepare and maintain HR documentation, policies, offer letters, appointment letters, and exit formalities.
- Support employee engagement activities and maintain a positive workplace culture.
- Address employee queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws.
- Coordinate performance reviews and assist in appraisal processes.
- Act as a point of contact between management and employees.
