Roles Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for BPO / Non-IT positions
- Source candidates through job portals, referrals social media
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
- Follow up with candidates till joining
- Assist in onboarding and employee engagement activities
Eligibility Criteria
- Any Graduate
- Freshers are welcome
- Good verbal written communication skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
