About The Opportunity
An established player in the Advertising & Marketing (Creative Agency) sector, this organisation delivers integrated campaigns across digital, social, and offline channels for national and regional clients. The role sits within a fast-paced creative environment where HR partners closely with operations and leadership to attract, retain, and develop high-performing talent. This is an on-site HR Executive role based in India.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for creative, account, and operations teamssource, screen, interview coordination, and candidate closure using ATS tools.
- Run onboarding programs and probation management to ensure smooth new-joiner integration and fast ramp-up.
- Administer payroll inputs, attendance, leave records, and coordinate with payroll providers to ensure timely and accurate salary processing.
- Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, and routine HR queries to maintain a respectful and productive workplace.
- Maintain HR records, contracts, and compliance documentation; support HR reporting and basic HR metrics dashboards.
- Support performance review cycles, internal transfers, and learning & development logistics in coordination with managers.

Qualifications & Experience (summary)
- Proven experience in HR operations within a service or agency environment; hands-on with recruitment, payroll support and employee lifecycle activities.
- Comfortable working on-site with stakeholders across functions and handling multiple priorities in a fast-moving calendar.
