Seeking an HR Executive for a Retail Brand in New Delhi!
Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
• Assist in posting job openings on job portals and social media platforms.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Assist in onboarding activities and documentation for new employees.
2. Employee Records & Documentation
• Maintain and update employee files and HR records.
• Prepare HR documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, and employee forms.
• Ensure proper documentation and record management.
3. Attendance & Leave Management
• Maintain employee attendance records and track leave data.
• Coordinate with employees regarding attendance discrepancies.
• Assist in preparing attendance reports for payroll processing.
4. HR Operations & Employee Support
• Support daily HR administrative activities and internal coordination.
• Address basic employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
• Assist in organising employee engagement activities and internal events.
5. Compliance & HR Coordination
• Ensure HR documents are maintained as per company policies.
• Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Support the HR Manager in audits, reports, and HR projects.
6. Ad-hoc HR Tasks
• Provide administrative and operational support to the HR team as required.
• Assist the HR Manager in special projects and other HR initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in HR or an administrative role.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
