Coordinate with selected candidates for joining formalities.
Collect and verify candidate documents (ID proof, education, experience, bank details).
Prepare and issue offer letters and appointment letters.
Maintain employee records and personal files.
Conduct new employee induction and orientation.
Update employee details in HRMS / employee database.
Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
Maintain statutory compliance records such as Employees Provident Fund Organisation (EPF) and Employees State Insurance Corporation (ESI).
Coordinate with accounts or consultants for PF & ESI registrations and filings.
Maintain attendance records, leave records, and employee data.
Ensure proper documentation as per company and government regulations.
Support internal and external audits related to HR compliance.
Handle employee queries and HR support.
Maintain joining, exit, and employee movement records.Assist in HR reporting and MIS preparation.
Support recruitment team when required.
