Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
HR Executive to manage various human resource functions including recruitment, employee engagement, payroll coordination, HR documentation, and compliance. The ideal candidate will help maintain a positive work environment and support organizational growth by managing HR operations effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and induction programs.
- Assist in payroll processing and attendance management.
- Implement and monitor HR policies and procedures.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
- Support training and development programs for employees.
- Prepare HR reports and documentation.
- Organize employee engagement activities and events.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 13 years of experience in HR operations or recruitment.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR software/HRMS.
