HR Executive

Job Purpose

Arjuna Natural Private Limited has been India's leading manufacturer and exporter of standardized botanical extracts for the nutraceutical industry for over three decades. Established in 1989, the company has grown in epic proportions with customers in around 65 countries and has several international patents to its credit, of which the majority are commercialized globally.

At this pivotal stage, the Management is seeking passionate and dynamic individuals to join us as HR Executives, contributing their skills, energy, and dedication to help us achieve our goals. Qualifications

• Support end-to-end recruitment and selection processes
• Assist in onboarding and orientation of new employees
• Maintain and update employee records and HRIS database
• Coordinate and support employee engagement activities
• Ensure timely compliance with statutory and company HR policies
• Assist with payroll inputs, leave management, and attendance tracking
• Generate regular HR reports for management review
• Support training and development initiatives

Skills and Knowledge

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resource Management or related field
• 25 years of relevant HR experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Familiarity with HRMS/HRIS tools
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance is a plus
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Should be well-versed in English and Malayalam. Knowledge of Tamil and Hindi will be an added advantage.
