Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Labour Law & Compliance

Ensure compliance with labour laws, employment regulations, and statutory requirements (Factories Act, Shops & Establishments Act, Minimum Wages Act, etc.).

Maintain accurate records for PF, ESIC, gratuity, bonus, and other statutory obligations.

Liaise with government authorities during inspections and audits.

Industrial Relations (IR)

Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.

Build and maintain strong relationships with unions, workers, and management.

Assist in collective bargaining, negotiations, and settlement agreements.

HR Operations

Manage recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes.

Support payroll processing and attendance management.

Maintain employee records and HR documentation.

Employee Engagement & Development

Conduct training sessions on workplace policies, compliance, and employee rights.

Drive initiatives to improve employee morale and retention.

Support performance management and appraisal processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Labour Welfare, or related field.

Strong knowledge of Labour Laws, Industrial Relations, and HR policies.

25 years of experience in HR/IR roles (Service industry sector preferred).

Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict management skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS tools.
