HR Executive – Job Description
Salary: Up to ₹35,000 per month
Location: Sector 27, Gurgaon
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Saturdays - work from home)
Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Work Mode: Work from Office
About the Role
We are hiring an HR Executive for a role focused on 70% recruitment and 30% HR operations.
The candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment, bulk hiring, onboarding, induction, employee documentation, background verification, grievance handling, employee engagement, talent management, and day-to-day HR coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, follow-ups, offer discussion, and joining confirmation.
- Handle bulk hiring for non-IT roles such as Sales Executive, Customer Support Executive, Content Creator, Video Editor, Performance Marketer, Warehouse Executive, and operations roles.
- Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, placement cells, walk-ins, and other channels.
- Conduct HR screening calls and shortlist candidates as per role requirements.
- Handle offer rollouts, salary discussions, joining formalities, onboarding, and induction.
- Maintain employee documents, HR records, attendance details, leave records, and employee data.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, NDAs, agreements, warning letters, exit documents, and other HR documents.
- Coordinate background verification including previous employment, education, identity, and reference checks.
- Handle employee queries, complaints, grievances, and coordinate with management for resolution.
- Support attendance, leave management, payroll inputs, employee engagement, performance review coordination, disciplinary actions, exit formalities, and full and final documentation.
- Ensure proper implementation of company policies and maintain a disciplined workplace environment.
Required Skills & Preferred Experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of recruitment and HR operations.
- Experience in bulk hiring will be strongly preferred.
- Ability to manage complete recruitment cycles independently.
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and documentation skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic HR tools.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Experience in D2C, e-commerce, retail, startup, or non-IT hiring will be preferred.
