Roles & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for receiving and checking of MPR JD, salary range, qualification, experience and age group etc.
- Responsible to maintain and updating the recruitment tracker on real time basis.
- Responsible for sourcing the profile from various source employee referral, data base and job portal.
- Responsible for screening the resumes as per the requirement by telephonic round or face-to-face interview.
- Responsible for sharing the profile with concerned AI/KAC/RC/RM.
- Responsible for scheduling face-to-face interview with concerned department for technical round.
- Responsible for asking the interview feedback from the panel and rejection reason for rejected candidate Scheduling final round of interview.
- Responsible for collecting relevant documents from the selected candidate like salary slips etc.
- Responsible for preparing offer letter & sent to selected candidate.
- Responsible for maintaining and updating sourcing tracker on real time basis.
- Responsible for onboarding process of new joinee including on roll and off roll employees.
- Responsible to ensure all the new joining formalities are properly completed.
- Responsible for maintaining personal file and ensure the documents are as per the requirement.
- Responsible for updating new joinee detail in bio matrix and providing access.
