Description
We are looking for an HR Executive and Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in the Indian job market context, with a strong understanding of HR processes and best practices. The role will involve supporting the HR team in various functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. The candidate should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews
- Handle employee onboarding and orientation programs
- Provide support in employee relations matters, such as conflict resolution and grievance handling
- Assist in performance management processes, such as goal setting and performance reviews
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation
- Assist in HR-related projects and initiatives
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in HR role, preferably in India
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices
- Experience in recruitment and onboarding processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
- Familiarity with labor laws and regulations
