Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment Talent Acquisition
  • Source, screen, and hire candidates (beauticians, hair stylists, spa therapists, sales advisors, receptionists)
  • Coordinate interviews and manage hiring pipelines
  • Partner with salon/spa managers to understand staffing needs
  • Conduct onboarding and induction programs
  • Employee Engagement Retention
  • Plan engagement activities to improve employee morale
  • Address employee grievances and maintain healthy workplace culture
  • Monitor attrition and implement retention strategies
  • HR Operations
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation
  • Manage attendance, leave records, and shift scheduling (important in salon/spa operations)
  • Assist in payroll coordination and incentives tracking
  • Training Development
  • Coordinate training sessions (technical skills, grooming, customer service)
  • Support skill development programs for beauty professionals
  • Track training effectiveness
  • Compliance Policies
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Implement HR policies, SOPs, and grooming standards specific to the beauty industry
  • Maintain hygiene and workplace safety standards

Required Skills

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Understanding of high-attrition workforce management
  • Ability to handle frontline staff (beauticians, therapists, etc.)
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Knowledge of HRMS tools is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in retail, salon, spa, or hospitality industry preferred
