Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment Talent Acquisition
- Source, screen, and hire candidates (beauticians, hair stylists, spa therapists, sales advisors, receptionists)
- Coordinate interviews and manage hiring pipelines
- Partner with salon/spa managers to understand staffing needs
- Conduct onboarding and induction programs
- Employee Engagement Retention
- Plan engagement activities to improve employee morale
- Address employee grievances and maintain healthy workplace culture
- Monitor attrition and implement retention strategies
- HR Operations
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Manage attendance, leave records, and shift scheduling (important in salon/spa operations)
- Assist in payroll coordination and incentives tracking
- Training Development
- Coordinate training sessions (technical skills, grooming, customer service)
- Support skill development programs for beauty professionals
- Track training effectiveness
- Compliance Policies
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Implement HR policies, SOPs, and grooming standards specific to the beauty industry
- Maintain hygiene and workplace safety standards
Required Skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Understanding of high-attrition workforce management
- Ability to handle frontline staff (beauticians, therapists, etc.)
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of HRMS tools is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in retail, salon, spa, or hospitality industry preferred
