About the Role
We're seeking a passionate and proactive HR professional with a solid background in employee engagement to join our growing team. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with key stakeholders to enhance the employee experience, lead engagement initiatives, and support core HR operations across designated teams.
Key Responsibilities
Employee Engagement & Experience (Primary Focus)
- Design, implement, and track engagement initiatives aligned with company culture and employee needs.
- Drive pulse surveys, analyze feedback, and collaborate with stakeholders on actionable improvements.
- Organize events, celebrations, wellness programs, and other cultural activities across teams.
- Partner to align engagement with learning and development goals.
- Act as a trusted advisor to assigned business units on people-related matters.
- Work with managers to resolve employee concerns, conflicts, and performance issues.
- Support organizational changes, team restructuring, or role transitions.
- Create a positive first impression and build a welcoming experience for new hires.
- Organize engagement activities during onboarding (icebreakers, buddy programs, etc.).
- Support smooth transition from onboarding to manager or team integration.
HR Operations & Support
- Support onboarding and offboarding experience for employees in your aligned teams.
- Track onboarding metrics such as no-shows, completion rates, and feedback.
- Prepare regular reports and dashboards for HR leadership.
- Partner with internal HR teams on performance reviews, policy awareness, and recognition programs.
- Ensure compliance with internal HR policies and statutory requirements.
Key Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in HR – Employee Engagement or similar HR roles.
- Proven experience in designing and executing employee engagement activities or campaigns.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport across teams and levels.
- Analytical mindset to interpret survey data and engagement metrics.
- Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and balancing priorities.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in HR operational services
