Job Description
-Responsible for supporting the Regional HRD and Managing Director,
India in defining HR strategy and operational HR delivery in India.
-To ensure that HR objectives and action plans are developed and
implemented to meet the needs of local operations in line with the
Groups strategic business objectives.
-Ensure best proactive and legal compliance, suitable for the region in all
aspects of HR management and people development.
-To support the Managing Director and Premium School Principals in
growing the business through developing people capability which
enables commercial awareness and solid business acumen.
