Summit is partnering with a global software product organization to hire a senior HR leader for its India Global Capability Center (GCC).

The organization is a well-established player with a strong track record of building enterprise-grade software solutions and delivering consistent value through a customer-focused and people-centric approach.

The company is expanding its India GCC to strengthen capabilities across Technology, Operations, Data, and AI.

The India center currently operates at 200 employees and is expected to scale to 400–500 employees over the next 24 months, playing a key role in supporting global growth and innovation.

HR Director Mandate

As HR Director, you will lead the people strategy and execution for the India GCC, aligning with global priorities while building a high-performance, scalable, and sustainable organization.

You will design a 12–36 month HR roadmap aligned to:

• Business growth and capability expansion
• Productivity and efficiency improvement
• Strengthening a performance-driven, people-centric culture

Your focus areas will include (but are not limited to):

• Performance Management & Org Design
• Define KPI frameworks, org structures, and role clarity aligned to GCC growth
• Hiring Engine & Workforce Planning
• Build a scalable hiring model to support rapid and quality-driven expansion
• Employer Branding (Internal & External)
• Position the GCC as a strong talent destination in the Mumbai/Navi Mumbai market
• Career Development, Retention & Leadership Pipeline
• Strengthen career paths, succession planning, and leadership capability
