Our client is a fast-growing digital wellness platform offering personalized care & expert consultations. The Director - HR (CoE) will spearhead the organization's Talent Management and Performance Management strategy, serving as the architect of a high-impact people ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and implement the enterprise-wide talent strategy, including succession planning, HiPo programs, and leadership development.
- Lead talent reviews, competency frameworks, career pathways, and capability-building initiatives.
- Use data and insights to identify talent gaps, future-skill needs, and internal mobility opportunities.
- Own and continuously improve the Performance Management System (PMS).
- Introduce modern practices such as OKRs, continuous feedback, and calibration frameworks.
- Ensure strong linkage between performance, rewards, and career progression.
- Oversee PMS tools/platforms and drive adoption across the organization.
- Advise leadership on talent and performance strategies.
- Partner closely with HRBPs, L&D, Recruitment, and Rewards to ensure integrated execution.
- Establish strong governance, dashboards, and metrics for talent health and performance outcomes.
Requirements:
- MBA from top tier college.
- 5-7 years of experience in handling Talent Management & PMS.
