Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment and Staffing: Developing job descriptions, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and managing the onboarding process.Employee Relations: Addressing employee grievances, mediating conflicts, improving morale, and cultivating a positive workplace culture.Payroll and Benefits: Administering compensation, payroll, health insurance, and employee perks.Compliance and Policies: Ensuring compliance with labor laws, maintaining employee records, and developing company policies.Training and Development: Identifying training needs, organizing workshops, and facilitating performance appraisals. Key Qualifications and SkillsEducation: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.Communication: Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.Technical Skills: Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) software, MS Office, and payroll tools.Knowledge: Deep understanding of labor laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
