What you will do
The HR Data Analytics and Insights Manager role will extract and leverage people data to create dashboards, narratives, and insights on a variety of human resources topics using multiple tools and systems. This position also focuses on enabling leaders to make better data-driven decisions, by supporting the delivery and maintenance of an executive insights platform. The individual in this role will use strong business acumen and data analytics to deliver solutions, communicate insights, and advise HR Business Partners and leaders through data interpretation.
Data Analysis and Insights:
- Build HR analyses and dashboards for enterprise consumption with appropriate data security.
- Extract data from multiple sources, analyze, and provide clear insights with recommendations.
- Conduct research and connect data using a broad range of tools and platforms to extract insights (e.g., talent acquisition data, employee listening data, etc.)
Consultation and Collaboration:
- Provide customers consultation on strategic analytics and metrics to enable data-driven choices.
- Partner cross-functionally within and outside of HR, including members in Finance, DTI, and other key partners across the enterprise to roll out new tools and features.
System Capabilities and Enhancements:
- Stay current on system capabilities and enhancements in vendor platforms (e.g., Visier, MS Viva Analytics) and implement new features that align with best practices and customer needs.
- Deliver new enhancements in existing products, ensuring data quality.

Basic Qualifications:
- Doctorate degree and 2 to 4 years of directly related experience OR
- Master's degree and 4 to 6 years of directly related experience OR
- Bachelor's degree and 6 to 8 years of directly related experience OR
- Diploma and 10 to 12 years of directly related experience
- Experience developing dashboards/reports with data visualization tools, such as Visier and PowerBI.
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of data governance and data privacy requirements.
- Experience collaborating with and engaging HR and cross-functional partners.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency with data analytics or data science, specifically in the HR domain
- Experience working in a multinational environment with global teams.
- Strong project management skills.
- Proficiency in extracting data from multiple sources.
- Familiarity with HCM systems like Workday, SAP, Oracle HCM, etc.
- Experience telling a story through data.
