Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating assessments, and providing feedback to candidates.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to ensure effective sourcing strategies.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives and participate in career fairs and recruitment events.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure a smooth on boarding process for new hires.
- On boarding of new joiners, gather their personal data and other on boarding activities
- Experience in sourcing, bulk hiring, and campus hiring
- Experience in handling calls and clients.
- Maintained and updated employee master data sheets, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across HR systems.
- Managed attendance tracking, leave records, and regularization processes to ensure payroll accuracy.
- Processed payroll activities using greytHR HRMS, ensuring accuracy in attendance, leave management, statutory compliance, and salary processing.
- Generated payroll and HR reports for management review and decision-making.
- Ensured adherence to statutory compliance requirements including PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus Act, and other applicable labor laws.
Skills Qualifications
- Should have a minimum of 1 Years of experience in HR
- Must have experience in HRMS Software - Greyt HR
- MBA / PG / Graduate pursuing or completed (preferably in HR / Business / Management).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of HR processes is an added advantage.
- Canva designing skills (basic creative ability) required.
