Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Executive / Coordinator with strong backend HR and Excel skills. The role is ideal for candidates with early-stage HR experience or those with a strong secretarial background in HR departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage backend HR operations and documentation
  • Maintain employee records, databases, and MIS reports
  • Handle data management and reporting using Excel
  • Support recruitment coordination (scheduling interviews, follow-ups)
  • Assist in onboarding and employee lifecycle processes
  • Provide administrative and coordination support to the HR team

Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel (data handling, reports, trackers)
  • Experience in backend HR operations or administrative support
  • Good organizational and coordination skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail

Eligibility Criteria

  • HR Experience: 02 years, OR
  • Secretarial Experience: 26 years (preferably in HR department)
  • Mid-career candidates can be considered if aligned with the offered compensation
  • Only female candidates
