Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Executive / Coordinator with strong backend HR and Excel skills. The role is ideal for candidates with early-stage HR experience or those with a strong secretarial background in HR departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage backend HR operations and documentation
- Maintain employee records, databases, and MIS reports
- Handle data management and reporting using Excel
- Support recruitment coordination (scheduling interviews, follow-ups)
- Assist in onboarding and employee lifecycle processes
- Provide administrative and coordination support to the HR team
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel (data handling, reports, trackers)
- Experience in backend HR operations or administrative support
- Good organizational and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail
Eligibility Criteria
- HR Experience: 02 years, OR
- Secretarial Experience: 26 years (preferably in HR department)
- Mid-career candidates can be considered if aligned with the offered compensation
