Role Description

We are seeking a HR Consulting Alliance Partner /Strategic Partner in Bengaluru. Partner can be individual or corporstion. You will be responsible for driving business growth by developing and managing strategic partnerships, identifying new distribution opportunities, and expanding the reach of our services. This role includes building relationships with key stakeholders, executing distribution strategies, managing distributor networks, and ensuring the alignment of partner activities with company goals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Business Development, Strategic Partnerships, or Distribution Management
• Strong Negotiation, Relationship Management, and Networking skills
• Ability to create and implement Sales Strategies and Market Analysis
• Experience in Marketing and identifying new Business Opportunities
• Excellent Communication and Presentation skills with an aptitude for stakeholder engagement
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiatives
• Prior experience in organizational leadership and development is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field required; advanced degrees are a plus
