We are seeking a motivated HR Consultant to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will assist in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and policy development, to help foster a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Support recruitment efforts by sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating onboarding processes.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Assist in performance management processes and employee engagement initiatives.
• Provide support in organizing training and development programs.
• Conduct market research to benchmark HR practices and suggest improvements.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of HR concepts and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
