Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Noida for an HR Business Partner. In this role, you will collaborate with leadership to execute HR strategies, manage talent acquisition processes, and improve employee engagement initiatives. Additional responsibilities include supporting performance management systems, resolving employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a collaborative and inclusive workplace culture. As a key partner to various teams, your work will directly impact organizational growth and employee experience.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in talent acquisition, recruitment strategies, and onboarding processes
• Strong skills in employee engagement, organizational development, and performance management
• Knowledge of labor laws, compliance standards, and HR policies
• Ability to effectively resolve employee relations concerns and foster a positive workplace culture
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) and prior experience in similar roles are advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
