  • Central Central Data coordination Administration for Corporate Office
  • Single point contact for Baner office employees on queries in driving various engagement, wellness etc initiatives
  • Driving Grievance Redressal process to be taken care for the issues coming up at Corporate Office

Specific Job knowledge

  • Experience working in Extensive HR Generalist Knowledge
  • Excellent knowledge in coaching and consulting
  • Deep understanding of local business / plants and local employee relation
  • Knowledge of local country laws and regulations
Your Qualifications
  • MBA-HR from premium college
