Job Summary
The HRBP (Manager) is a strategic advisor and partner to business leaders, supporting 8001000 employees. The incumbent will drive the people agenda by enabling organizational growth, fostering a high-performance culture, overseeing employee lifecycle processes, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and labor laws.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Partnering
- Provide HR leadership and guidance to managers.
- Support talent management and workforce planning strategies.
- Drive employee engagement, satisfaction (eSat), and retention strategies in the assigned business unit(s) within the region.
- Coach managers on people management and change management.
- Performance Management
- Drive the performance management process, ensuring timely and fair evaluations.
- Implement and monitor Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs); partner with managers and employees for effective outcomes.
- Provide guidance on career development and internal mobility strategies and processes.
- Employee Relations & Engagement
- Address day to day, as well as complex employee relations issues, investigations, and grievances.
- Analyze and partner with the business in creating action plans to address employee engagement/eSat survey results; implement improvement plans at the regional/local level
- Promote an inclusive and motivating workplace that supports the company values
- Plan and administer rewards and recognition programs.
- HR Operations and Analytics
- Oversee full employee lifecycle: onboarding, transfer, promotion, exit.
- Conduct and analyze exit interviews; identify trends and recommend interventions.
- Maintain accurate HR data and metrics; provide regular HR reports as needed.
- Ensure compliance with policies and legal requirements.
- Change Management
- Support organizational change initiatives (e.g., restructures, mergers, acquisitions).
- Partner with the business in communicating change impacts in the region/location and offer transition support.
- Projects & Process Improvement
- Lead/participate in HR projects (e.g., process improvements, change initiatives).
- Localize and roll out global/regional HR programs. Provide insights to global HR partners on local laws and regulations that may impact the local implementation of the global programs
- Team Leadership (If Applicable)
- Manage /mentor HR team members to support the team's functional skills development
- Global HRBP Collaboration:
- Collaborate effectively with the Global HRBPs in the execution of Talent Strategies for the region/location
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (preferred: Master's in HR or related field)
- 8+ years of HR experience, including 4+ years in an HRBP or managerial capacity
- Experience supporting large-scale employee groups (>500 employees)
- In-depth knowledge of labor law, HR compliance, and best practices
- Hands-on experience in performance management, PIPs, and exit interviews
- Experience with employee satisfaction/engagement survey administration and action planning
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills
- Strong problem-solving and project management abilities
