HR Business Partner (HRBP) Field Role

Business: LAP (Loan Against Property)

Location

Field-based TN/KA/APTG

Role Summary

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) for the LAP business will act as a strategic and operational

HR partner for the field sales and branch teams. The role involves driving people initiatives,

talent management, employee engagement, manpower planning, performance management, and

HR governance to support business growth and productivity across assigned geographies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Partnering
  • Partner with LAP business leaders, branch managers, and regional sales heads to align
  • HR initiatives with business goals.
  • Support business expansion through effective manpower planning and workforce
  • readiness.
  • Drive organizational effectiveness and productivity across branches and field teams.
  • Employee Engagement
  • Conduct regular branch visits and employee connects to understand ground-level
  • challenges.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives, rewards amp; recognition programs, and retention
  • strategies.
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee grievance handling and conflict resolution.
  • Performance Management
  • Support goal setting, performance reviews, and performance improvement plans (PIP).
  • Partner with business teams to identify high performers and succession pipelines.
  • Monitor productivity and performance trends across regions.
  • HR Analytics amp; Reporting
  • Publish regular HR dashboards and MIS related to attrition, hiring, engagement, and
  • performance.
  • Analyze workforce trends and provide actionable insights to business leaders.

Field HR and employee relations expertise

Good understanding of sales-driven organizations

Strong communication and influencing skills

Data-driven decision-making

Ability to manage multiple branches/geographies

Preferred Candidate Profile

1 - 4 years of HRBP experience, preferably in NBFC, Banking, Financial Services, or

Retail Sales environments

Experience supporting field sales or branch-based businesses

Willingness to travel extensively across assigned regions

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Attrition control

Employee engagement scores

Performance management effectiveness

HR compliance adherence

Preferred Industry Background

NBFC

Banking

Housing Finance

LAP / Mortgage / Secured Lending businesses
