Roles & Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals.
- Drive employee engagement through regular one-on-one connects and skip-level discussions.
- Manage performance review cycles, goal setting, and appraisal processes effectively.
- Handle end-to-end HR operations including letter releases, promotions, and transfers.
- Conduct benchmarking and market analysis to support compensation and workforce planning decisions.
- Identify learning needs and collaborate with stakeholders to design impactful L&D programs.
- Provide guidance to managers on talent management, employee relations, and organizational development.
- Ensure consistent application of HR policies, fostering a culture of fairness and transparency.
