Key Responsibilities & Success Outcomes

  • People Partnership & Business Alignment
  • Partner with Delivery and Business Unit Heads on staffing, utilization, and workforce planning.
  • Translate business priorities into actionable people strategies and headcount plans.
  • Create and present monthly people dashboards and insights during business reviews.
  • Employee Engagement & Connect
  • Conduct regular 1:1 connects and pulse discussions to understand team morale and engagement levels.
  • Identify early attrition risks and co-create retention strategies with managers.
  • Act as a transparent and trusted communication bridge between employees and leadership.
  • People Analytics & Governance
  • Maintain accurate dashboards covering headcount, attrition, utilization, and timesheet adherence.
  • Collaborate with Delivery Excellence and Finance teams to ensure billing discipline and minimize revenue leakage.
  • Convert data into clear, actionable business narratives for leadership discussions.
  • Customer Onboarding & Compliance
  • Manage end-to-end onboarding for client projects, including NDAs, background verification, security access, and compliance requirements.
  • Ensure all employee documentation remains audit-ready.
  • Culture, Communication & Recognition
  • Drive regional culture initiatives, engagement programs, and leadership forums.
  • Lead recognition initiatives to celebrate performance and contributions.
  • Manage internal communication such as newsletters, retrospectives, and town halls.
  • Promote Diversity, Equity & Inclusion initiatives and awareness programs.
  • Learning, Performance & Career Growth
  • Partner with the Learning & Development team to ensure strong participation in onboarding, capability-building, and leadership programs.
  • Support performance management cycles, promotions, and goal-setting processes.
  • Exit Management & HR Operations
  • Manage structured exits, including documentation and compliance processes.
  • Coordinate with Finance, IT, and Legal for smooth clearance and final settlements.
