Role Description
As an HR Business Partner at GCI VFX, you will play a key role in fostering a positive and productive work environment. This full-time, on-site position is based at our Hyderabad location. Responsibilities include implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and driving performance management initiatives. You will collaborate with leadership to align human resources practices with organizational goals and provide strategic HR expertise to support team development and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of HR Policies and foundational Human Resources (HR) practices
- Proficiency in Employee Relations and conflict resolution
- Solid knowledge of Labor and Employment Law and compliance requirements
- Experience with Performance Management and employee development strategies
- Ability to work collaboratively with leadership teams to align HR initiatives with business objectives
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in the creative or entertainment industry is a plus
