What You'll Do
- Partner with business leaders and managers as the primary HR point of contact for assigned teams.
- Own the employee lifecycle — onboarding, confirmation, performance cycles, engagement, and exits.
- Drive performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, feedback, and PIPs.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution with fairness and confidentiality.
- Design and execute employee engagement initiatives to improve retention and satisfaction.
- Use HRMS data and people metrics (attrition, engagement, headcount) to surface insights and drive action.
- Support organisational design, workforce planning, and internal mobility discussions.
- Manage HR operations and compliance workflows through Keka (or equivalent HRMS).
- Partner with Talent Acquisition on hiring plans and with leadership on org-level people decisions.
- Coach managers on people practices, team health, and performance conversations.
What We're Looking For
- 4–6 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a generalist HR role with business partnering exposure.
- Hands-on experience with Keka HRMS.
- Experience working in a B2B SaaS product company.
- Strong understanding of the full employee lifecycle and performance management frameworks.
- Proven experience handling employee relations and sensitive conversations.
- Comfort working with HR data and reporting to drive decisions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
