Role Overview
We are looking for an HR & Business Operations Officer who can help build the organizational backbone of HiWox. This role combines people management, recruitment, operational coordination, process building, and internal execution.
You will work directly with the founder and core team to streamline hiring, team management, operational workflows, documentation, and execution across different functions.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys startup environments, problem-solving, people coordination, and building systems from scratch.
Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources
- Manage hiring and onboarding processes for interns, trainees, and core team members
- Coordinate interviews, candidate communication, and follow-ups
- Build HR systems, SOPs, attendance tracking, and performance tracking processes
- Maintain team documentation, agreements, and operational records
- Support employee engagement and culture-building initiatives
Business Operations
- Coordinate day-to-day operations across different teams and projects
- Track execution timelines and ensure operational efficiency
- Assist in creating scalable workflows and reporting systems
- Support vendor, consultant, and partnership coordination
- Work closely with leadership on strategic execution and process optimization
Founder's Office Support
- Assist in meeting coordination and execution follow-ups
- Support cross-functional communication between departments
- Prepare operational reports, trackers, and business documents
- Help manage startup activities, events, and internal initiatives
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced startup environment
- Ownership mindset with execution capability
- Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid iteration
- Basic understanding of HR, operations, or startup workflows
- Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Excel, Notion, Canva, or project management tools is a plus
Preferred Background
- MBA / BBA / HR / Operations / Management background preferred
- Freshers with strong execution ability can also apply
- Prior internship or startup experience is a bonus

Equity Structure
This is an equity-based founding-stage role.
