Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic professional to drive HR Automation and Digital Transformation initiatives across the organization. This role will focus on enhancing efficiency, optimizing HR processes, and enabling a seamless employee experience through technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze existing HR processes to identify automation and efficiency improvement opportunities.
  • Drive digital transformation across the employee lifecycle (hiring, onboarding, employee management, and offboarding).
  • Design and implement automated workflows using HR technology platforms.
  • Work closely with SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central) to manage HR data and optimize system utilization.
  • Ensure seamless integration and data flow across HR systems with high data accuracy and integrity.
  • Monitor and improve the performance of automated workflows and digital solutions.
  • Generate reports and insights to support HR analytics and data-driven decision-making.
  • Enable adoption by providing training and support to HR teams on digital tools and processes.

What We're Looking For

  • Postgraduate in HR / Management or related field.
  • Experience in HR operations, HR systems, or digital HR initiatives.
  • Hands-on exposure to SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central) or similar HRMS platforms.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end HR processes.
  • Good analytical thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; exposure to HR analytics or automation tools is an advantage.
