HR Audit & Compliance Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Audit & Compliance Executive with 2–4 years of experience to manage and ensure adherence to HR statutory regulations, and internal audit requirements. The role involves handling HR audits, maintaining compliance records, and supporting organizational governance practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute internal and external HR audits.
• Ensure compliance with statutory labor laws and company policies.
• Maintain and update HR compliance documentation and records.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for audit requirements and closures.
• Prepare audit reports, compliance dashboards, and MIS reports.
• Stay updated with changes in labor laws and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong understanding of HR audit processes and compliance frameworks.
• Knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance.
• Good analytical and documentation skills.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS tools.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Relevant certifications in HR compliance or labor laws will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Prior experience in handling HR audits and compliance independently.
