We are looking for a fresher HR Associate to join our Human Resources team at a prestigious 5-star luxury hotel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with HR operations, onboarding, and employee engagement
• Coordinate with hotel staff across departments
• Handle documentation, attendance, and compliance
• Support day-to-day HR administrative activities

Requirements:

• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable with on-site staff coordination and operational HR work
