JOB DESCRIPTION:-
. Ensure HC delivery to business through effective planning, absenteeism assumption and studying external impact like weather, festival etc.
. Lead employee connect and engagement: Engage with employees to ensure higher morale and productivity, handle grievance, employee query etc.
. Proactive sensing of ER issues and timely escalation to leadership as required
. Proficient in data analysis, report & dashboard preparation through effective usage of HRIS and MS excel office
. Stake holder Management : Critical part of this role is stake holder management including and not limited to Operations Leaders, manpower agency, transportation and canteen vendors etc.
Basic qualification and skill:
. Effective communication and negotiation skills.
. Knowledge of ER, compliance will be added advantage
. Demonstrated high level of integrity, intellectual honesty, and work ethic.
. Consistent effort, commitment and willingness to go above and beyond when needed.
. Effective team player, acts like an owner, and ultimately focused on delivering results with high standards
- 6+ months of human resources experience
- 6+ months of customer service experience
- 6+ months of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
- Experience in confidential environments
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 1+ years of human resources experience
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
