Role Description

The HR Associate role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bangalore. In this role, the HR Associate supports day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, documentation, HR record maintenance, and coordination of recruitment activities. The position involves assisting in implementing HR policies, supporting performance management processes, and handling routine employee queries in a timely and professional manner. The HR Associate helps organize and track training and development programs, supports engagement initiatives, and collaborates with managers to ensure consistent HR practices. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams and accurate reporting to ensure compliance with company standards and local regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Operations, with the ability to support day-to-day HR processes.
  • 3-4 years of experience in HR operations and Recruitment.
  • Effective Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to interact professionally at all levels.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices, with attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Strong experience in IT recruitment and HR operations such as HR administration, Leave management, employee coordination, Basic Accounts handling
  • Proficiency in MS Office or similar productivity tools; experience with HRIS or HR software is beneficial.
  • Ability to work collaboratively, maintain confidentiality, and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
