We are looking for an HR Associate Intern (Teacher Community) who is passionate about this role. Join our dynamic team and contribute to our goal of providing seamless payment experiences for our customers.

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in onboarding new teachers and ensuring smooth induction into the community.
  2. Support internal communication with the teacher community via emails, WhatsApp groups, and newsletters.
  3. Help organize and execute community engagement activities like webinars, recognition programs, and feedback surveys.
  4. Maintain teacher databases and ensure accurate documentation of community activities and participation.
  5. Coordinate with other HR team members to track engagement metrics and develop reports.
  6. Respond to teacher queries and provide a timely resolution or escalation.
  7. Contribute to developing a vibrant, supportive culture within the teacher network.

Qualification -

  • Pursuing or completed a Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for community engagement.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with a proactive mindset.
  • Comfortable working with Google Sheets, Docs, and communication platforms like WhatsApp, Slack, or similar.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced startup environment.

Education: Bachelor's degree

Salary: 18-20K/month

Duration: 6 Months (paid internship)

Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore, India
