Reporting to: HR Lead

Role Summary

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented and growth-driven HR Associate to join our People Operations team at Cosmofeed. This role is ideal for someone at the early stage of their HR career who wants hands-on exposure across all HR functions and the opportunity to independently own processes over time.

Initially, you will work closely with the HR Lead to support daily operations and high-volume tasks. As you grow in the role, you will gradually be assigned specific HR functions to manage independentlybuilding your own scope, processes, and expertise.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Support

  • Source and screen candidates across multiple job portals.
  • Schedule interviews, coordinate with hiring managers, and manage follow-ups.
  • Maintain applicant tracking data and ensure hygiene in hiring records.
  • Support creation of JDs and job postings.

2. Onboarding & Documentation

  • Assist with the end-to-end onboarding process:
  • Offer letters
  • Documentation
  • Induction scheduling
  • ID creation and system setup
  • Ensure all employee records are updated and maintained accurately.
  • Track probation timelines and manage probation confirmation reminders.

3. HR Operations & Admin Support

  • Help manage attendance, leaves, and basic payroll inputs.
  • Handle reimbursement checks and documentation verifications.
  • Assist with maintaining HR trackers, dashboards, and monthly reports.
  • Coordinate internal communication for updates and announcements.

4. Employee Experience & Culture

  • Support execution of employee engagement activities.
  • Gather employee feedback and escalate key issues.
  • Help maintain a positive and responsive HR environment.

5. Gradual Ownership (Growth Path in 612 Months)

As the associate becomes more confident, they will independently own:

  • A dedicated hiring vertical (e.g., business roles / tech roles / operations).
  • One or more HR processes like onboarding, engagement, or HRIS management.
  • Specific monthly responsibilities (e.g., attendance management, MIS, audits).
  • Process optimisation projects within the HR function.

What We're Looking For

  • 01.5 years of experience in HR (internships included).
  • Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.
  • High ownership mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle fast-paced work and multiple deadlines.
  • Comfort with tools like Google Workspace, Excel/Sheets, and HRMS platforms.
  • Positive attitude, professionalism, and patience when dealing with employees.

Salary Range

20,000 28,000 per month (depending on experience and skill fit)
